Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TripVice (the "Service"), operated jointly, on a personal and non-commercial basis, by Djordje Lakicevic (Leposavic, Serbia) and Luka Djelosevic (Cacak, Serbia) ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What TripVice is

TripVice is a travel meta-search aggregator. We collect flight and accommodation offers from upstream providers (currently Duffel for flights and RapidAPI / Booking.com for hotels) and present them in a single result set, ranked by total budget fit. We do not sell flights, hotels, or activities. We do not process any payments. All bookings take place on third-party sites operated by the relevant provider.

2. No guarantee of price or availability

Prices, availability, taxes, fees, and amenities shown in TripVice results are supplied by upstream providers and can change at any time. We make a reasonable effort to display accurate data but do not guarantee that any result will still be available, or at the displayed price, when you click through to the booking site. The terms, conditions, refund and cancellation policies of the provider you ultimately book with apply — not ours.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk;
  • circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls;
  • use the Service to build a competing product without our written consent;
  • submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or designed to disrupt the Service.

4. Affiliate relationships

TripVice participates, or intends to participate, in affiliate programs operated by Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, and similar providers. When you click a "Book" link and complete a purchase on the partner's site, we may receive a commission. This does not change the price you pay. Result ranking is based on price, rating, and fit, not on commission rate.

5. Intellectual property

The TripVice name, wordmark, design, and codebase are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written consent. Travel data displayed through the Service remains the property of the respective upstream providers.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or travel opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed €100.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia, save where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you a different forum.
